Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Pass The Interview. By making a booking or payment you agree to be bound by these terms.
About Us
Pass The Interview is operated by Jonathan Campion, trading as Pass The Interview, based at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at hello@passtheinterview.co.uk.
Our Services
Pass The Interview provides the following services:
- 1 to 1 interview coaching sessions delivered online
- Mock interview practice sessions delivered online
All sessions are delivered remotely via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing. Session length, format and content will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full. We will confirm your booking by email to the address you provide at the time of enquiry.
By making a booking you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed on our website and are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Payment is required in full prior to your session taking place. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion
- If you do not attend your session without prior notice, no refund will be issued
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.
Our Commitment to You
We will deliver all services with reasonable skill and care. Our coaching is designed to improve your interview performance and confidence. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer as a result of our sessions, as this depends on factors outside of our control.
Your Responsibilities
To get the most from your sessions, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and prepared
- Provide accurate information about your background, target roles and interview requirements
- Engage honestly and openly with the coaching process
- Ensure you have a suitable device and internet connection for online sessions
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, documents and resources provided as part of our coaching services are the intellectual property of Pass The Interview and Jonathan Campion. You may use these materials for your own personal job search only. You may not reproduce, share, sell or distribute them without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality. We will not share details of your sessions, your background or your job search with any third party without your consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pass The Interview and Jonathan Campion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any session shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that session.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
